Hi,
The problem started months ago, one day suddenly motherboard went into a boot loop with code 55 and I could not see bios at all, and some maintenance stores tried to do something but to no end and it still had the same problem, but about one month ago when I tried to boot it again it showed me a black screen and a code 99 on bottom right of the screen and also on the debug code of mainboard. I used keyboard and mouse as well but to no end, because that is why mainly error 99 comes, right?
tried also 2nd bios switch and still code 99.
I also got this 55 loop bios code years ago and one maintenance store tried to fix one of the bioses and the other was still corrupted when these problems happened.
I asked in a different forum and one said that I should flash the bios and do a bios update on corrupted bios, which I did not know how, since I read motherboard manual from official website and it did not instruct me how to flash the bios when it is corrupted and where is the flash button (is it cmos button?) and which usb port on the back panel is for flashing operation.
So I thought maybe problem arises from somewhere else I should be flashing it, so that's why I come here for your help.
System specification is stated below, but about bios version im not very sure, but i can tell it is the last version from site before it was corrupted because of new gpu? and from what i remember when i last updated bios years ago.

System spec:
Board: Z77A-GD65
BIOS: 7751vAB
VGA: INNO3D 1070 GTX 8GB
PSU: ENERMAX 650W
CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K Processor
MEM: 2x4GB, 1633MHz XM3
HDD/SSD: 1tb Western, 7200 rpm,Toushiba 1tb 5500 rpm?
COOLER: Green Evo 120 Water cooler
Keyboard: Razer Anansi
Mouse: Razer Imperator
OC: None
OS: Windows 10 64bit Professional

Qcode 99 is "Super IO Initialization" and IO meaning anything connected to the board by any interface is not initializing. It is saying a device is not connected properly or there is a lack of power to a device causing the IO error.
Error code 55 is related to RAM so check your DIMM modules for any errors and that they are seated properly.
You can use Memtest86 to check your modules for any errors.

Go here for instructions to flash your BIOS: https://storage-asset.msi.com/file/pdf/How_to_flash_the_BIOS.pdf

I do not encounter 55 anymore, just stuck at 99 and some codes before that that I should note down, Could some chips be broken for code 99? because I disconnect all devices and still get the same. For that maybe I should flash bios.
I read this guide for flashing bios before, it is for uncorrupted bios and mine is corrupted. And where is flashing button and usb port for flashing?
Thanks a lot.

It is where the error code stops to be of concern.
The other way a 99 error code is if the CPU socket has bent pins.

You should first clear CMOS using JBAT1 jumper. as per page 1-34 in your manual.
For a corrupted Bios you can use the Multi BIOS Switch as per page 1-35 in your manual.

Your Motherboard Bios can be updated using the Live update utility. Follow instructions as per page 2-21 in your manual.

I yet need to see if cpu has bent pins
I did Jbat1 jumper, maybe I did not do it right, but did as instructions told me, turned off pc plug off ac, jumper on, then jumper off to turn on motherboard, because when jumper is on mb cannot operate and all lights are off.
So I put the jumper for a few moments then took it off turned on and results were the same.
unfortuantely both bioses are corrupt now, one of them i lost 2 years back.
live update utility is for when motherboard is on and operating, mine cannot even post bios, so how can i update bios using that?

It's not now possible if both Bios are corrupt. You will have to take it to a computer technician to replace the Bios chip.

Just in case you failed to clear CMOS as per instructions, there is another way and that is to power down and disconnect power from the wall. Remove the CMOS battery then press the power on button to deplete the Motherboard capacitors.
Replace the battery with a new one (CR2032). Only about$4 and worth replacing every two years.

Took mainboard to technician 2 months ago, did replace chip but still got code 55 (at then) and told me south bridge chip might be broken and if that is true it needs to be replaced or change the whole mb. After that I took mainboard to another technician and after one month of delivering mainboard (still code 55 then) I did see that code 99 came up and gave me some hope. I think I should return it to the previous technician again?
Checked for bent cpu pins and did not find any yet, but I guess I had added thermal paste more than normal amount when I brought out the cooler.

Removed the cmos battery 1 month ago when I encountered this problem (then I got code 55), and it seems as written in manual to store cmos data on jbat not on others.

Error code 55 is an issue with your RAM and not Bios corruption.
If you have added excessive thermal paste then it needs to be cleaned off carefully using 99% isopropyl alcohol. Use a lint free cloth for the bulk of it and an artist brush in delicate areas. TIM is used sparingly to fill the tiniest of voids.
If you get a new Bios chip then in the future do not use third party software. Only use your Bios and that way you will have much less chance of corrupting your Bios

I don't get error 55 anymore, now I saw in one video that in order to post motherboard needs to have cdrom, vga, ram, cpu, mosue keyboard and monitor installed, but I think I miss something here still, I did install all of those, and
also cleaned the excessive thermal paste as you told me
i took pc to one maintenance store and he did change chip but still got the same error (55 at then) but now when i turn pc i get a new code : b2 for 5-7 seconds and then stuck at 99. i even put a ethernet cable attached to modem in the back.
