Question RAM error on Z790 AORUS ELITE AX motherboard ?

Hello everyone, I have a somewhat strange problem here. The PC crashes at regular intervals with a blue screen.

PC configuration:
Board: Z790 AORUS ELITE AX (BIOS version: fjh)
CPU: Intel Core i7-13700K
RAM: 2 x 32GB (CMK64GX5M2B5600C40)

I tested both RAM bars individually with MemTest86 and got error messages for both. I uploaded two log files and also the minidumps:

Does anyone here happen to have an idea what this could be due to? I can hardly imagine that both RAM sticks are defective. The BIOS is not up to date. Could that also be a problem?

update the bios, test again, eventually try the windows memtest
is xmp profile enabled?
eventually reset the bios after updating

I'm assuming you're on PCB revision 1.x, if so;

BIOS FJH isn't listed on the board's support site which would probably be because it was deemed unstable or problematic, nor is it listed on PCB revision 1.0 part of the support site.

You should flash to the latest BIOS which at the time of writing is FLb, then clear the CMOS and then enable X.M.P in BIOS and then retest with rams in slots A2 and B2.

In order to clear the CMOS, ideally you should;
Disconnect from the wall and display, then remove the CMOS battery from the board, press and hold down the power button for 30secs to drain any residual power, then replace the battery after 30mins.

13700k? Maybe the CPU is dead. Do you have a friend who owns a ddr5 platform for you to test these mem?

I was also wondering about the BIOS. The BIOS version fjh is included on the aorus.com page.

Which one should I use? The one from the aorus site or from Gigabyte?
