You'll be fine. That board supports 20 pcie lanes from cpu (16x graphics card + 4x first m2 slot) then another additional 20 pcie lanes from chipset which your other three m2 drives will run from.
Pcie 5 ssds do eat into graphics card lanes but you don't have to worry about that since it doesn't support.
And even then, this would only really matter if everything is being used at capacity. Though in the video card's case, it would only if it's running out of usable VRAM.
