If it has the specs & features you need, then yes it could be "good enough" for YOU....
However, I tend to shy away from the lowest-end parts, as the mfgr HAD to cut a few corners somewhere to get to that price point.... and the usual place is the VRM capacity, board layers (both are really bad places to skimp on) and the controller chips for the USB and other ports....
And with the heavier requirements all around for DDR5, 13th gen cpu's, and 4xxx GPU's, I would rather spend a few moar $$ upfront and have a better, longer lasting rig in the long run, rather than go for cheap and suffer the potential issues that come with that decision...
This doesn't mean you can't get a "good "quality budget board, but you will have to decide where your priorities (and budget) lay...
