Z87 ASRock OC Formula ac or ASRock Z97 OC Formula?

Debating on these 2 motherboards leaning towards the Z87 since i don't see myself using mSata/M.2 PCIE port have the I7-4770K. Can anyone tell me pros besides the ones mentioned why should i buy a Z97 board.
