Question Z87-DELUXE/QUAD Motherboard no led light on vga card. need help

Hello I have tried to fash bios and it seemed to work light blinked on flash drive and button and then went out.
Led lights flash on cpu and mem but no activity of any kind on the vga or hard drive led lights
. For some reason I can not post video of it Help please

Thanks for your help not with the hdmi anyway. with card removed

0c14 pre - memory cpu initialization started
dd21 did not find anything
dd58 did not find anything but just 58 is cpu selftest or possible cpu cheche error

I did give it the right name and it did flash or blink for some time and then went out. it did not stay on
