Z87 Extreme 9a/c

Hello, having some weird issues on switching on the PC. Every time i want to use the desktop pc i have to power the psu completely off and turning it back on press button and computer runs flawlessly like nothing happened, but when i power it off from windows or button, it wont switch on anymore unless I repeat the step above.
By the way , i thought was the Psu giving me this issue , but i replaced it with a new 700w..

Rest of your system specs, and what particular 700w. I don't know of any quality 700w power supplies, off hand.

Psu Itek Super Silent Power 700W

may check/ replace motherboard battery as well ? may not be retaining reboot info ?

I have never heard of that PSU brand. I doubt it is a quality unit.

being it a z87 and been around a while I guess this issue just started and was not a issue say a few weeks ago ??


I got a z87 extreme 6 ?? so I'm kinda interested in whats -what...

then I wonder if something with the switch ?? maybe unhook it from the board and try jump starting it from the pins with a paperclip or small screwdriver to see ??
