Z87 Gigabyte; 4.0 Ghz Processor..RAM Speed (buying 32GB) for video editing and CAD work; 64 BIT OS

I can see my Gigabyte GZA-Z87X-D3H can handle 1333 to DDR3 v3000. I will NOT be overclocking my rig; mostly for crunching blu rays and DVD editing; (plus Auto CAD non 3-D)Present rig a 2.92 Ghz LGA 1366 (Gigabyte mobo) with 24 GB DDR(?). FEEL the 4.0Ghz and 32 GB of RAM will make life simpler. Running Win 7 Ult 64 bit and will do same with 10 when finally released.

It is not a massive upgrade but will enhance somewhat.

Rendering and what not likes higher MHz
gaming likes lower cas #'s

A nice middle ground for cad and gaming is 2133Mhz cas 9. My cad computer runs 2400Mhz cas 10, while my dedicated gamer runs 1600Mhz cas 7

Either 1866 or 2133, if not OCing the CPU, then the 1866 might be the better choice, would suggest the GSkill Snipers or Tridents
