I have 780 ti sc acx
I want to upgrade my gpu to 2 way SLI Gigabyte Geforce GTX 980 / Gaming / 4GB / GV-N980G1 GAMING-4GD
My motherboard : MSI Computer Corp. Motherboard ATX DDR3 1333 LGA 1150 Motherboards Z87-G45 GAMING
MY power supply : XFX PRO1000W LTD Full Modular 80PLUS Platinum PSU Compatible with Intel Core i3, i5, i7 and AMD Phenom, Black Edition (P11000BELX)
my Case : Cooler master Trooper
my Questions IS:
1_ Does this motherboard support SLI?
2_ Is my case gonna fit those 2 gigabyte beast inside it
3_ Is My power supply enough for that 2 way sli
4_will my motherboard limit performance of the gpu cuz my motherboard msi and the gpu is gigabyte .. will i have performance lack ..

Hey!

1: Yes your MOBO supports Nvidia SLI.
2: It will be close but yes your case has enough room for the two cards, your case supports cards of up to 322mm in length and the Gigabyte Windforce 980 4G is 312mm long.
3: 1000W should be more than enough, each card should need no more than 165W each.
4: No the MOBO and GPUs being different brands shouldn't effect performance at all.
