z87 mpower works with some psu and fails with others

i had z87 msi mpower motherboard which have those issues

1st-cougar S 700 watt at the technical shop for testing systems working fine and able to boot the mobo with gtx 970 and i5 4690k

2nd- no boot/ no power at all / power but no display all of those are the symptoms which i got when trying to power it up with other psu

Ex: cougar 700 watt cmx newer model
Ex; seasonic 600 watt eco

some old psu like another 600 watt gamma one can work as well
but almost the new models which i tested failed to make the motherboard to work fine just go to
one of the symptoms which i had announced above

this motherboard was have bios problem and after the bios it makes so

i just feel like if the motherboard have some safety or what ever couldn't make it work fine with some psu but other old ones which maybe lake of this new safety options allow it to boot up
i really don't understand the problem the motherboard can boot and work with some psu and fail with others which already can boot other systems

could someone help me please

Sounds like a flaw in the mobo as far accepting the voltage feed in it's phase management, have seen this come up on occasion, would RMA the mobo or better return it and get a different mobo

the problem i'm living out of US and i bought it through internet amazon so it gonna cost me alot of money to ship it back so i would prefer hardly if there is some solution

btw hint: this mobo has failed in bios before and just charged its chip through spi i think so to be able to run i5 4690k

Might contact MSI and see what they can do (don't have high hopes)

they told me just now consider our answer and follow it please reflash your bios normally now through m flash etc i can copy to you the answer but i just want the exact typical steps to flash my motherboard bios through m flash as they said without any error because it will be last try i have did alot of things before this problem since 2 weeks to suggest to me some forum or steps i can follow for using m-flash method to update z87 mpower motherboard
