z87 or z97 mobo?

So I'm planning on building a pc this summer!
I was going to buy a Asrock z87 Extreme6 mobo but the recently launched Z97 mobo's have left me confused!?
What should I do?Which z97 mobo would you suggest under $160?
Pls do provide links(newegg) of mobo that you sugggest......

What CPU do you have in mind...for that price point would say the Asus Z87-A or the soon to be released Z97-A (release date of the 11th this month)

I'd go the Z97 better OCing, temps, mainly little improvements added M.2 and SATA Express support, but dropped towo of the SATA III ports down to 4.....
