motherboard: Z87-PRO
RAM: two 4GB sticks (crucial, 4GB DDR3-1333 (PC3 1060) UDIM)
CUP: Intel G3258 LGA1150
NO video/graphics card
Built this system for my parents 4 years ago. Suddenly, they report it is "dead". Upon bootup, I get a single beep, fans running, then A0 Q Code, and no display.
I have tried:
Switched to known-good VGA cable to existing monitor,
Switched to known-good monitor with known-good cables (DVI, VGA, and HDMI)
removed wireless keyboard/mouse, replaced with known good wired keyboard
Removed CMOS battery for 5 minutes, replaced, then re-boot
Re-seated RAM, then re-boot
Removed 2nd stick of RAM (leaving single stick in A2), then re-boot
Swapped RAM sticks, leaving single stick in A2), then re-boot
Return RAM sticks to original configuration, then re-boot
Each of the above result in the same problem - single boot, fans running, A0, and no display.
Suggestions???
