Z87-PRO CPU Fan error upon boot. Where to set fan speed?

I got this new PC that gives me a "CPU Fan error" every time I boot it after having left it shut down for some time. A reboot doesn't produce any errors. When I get the error I have to go into the BIOS and I can see there that the fan is running at around 500-550 rpm. I can than boot from within the BIOS.

I can see from other threads that I probably have to change the minimum fan speed. But I'm not sure where precisely I have to do this. Could someone with knowledge of this area help me with a step by step guide as to where to point and click in my BIOS?

My BIOS version is 1707.

Thanks in advance

Thanks! Will have a go when I get home from work :)

also with newer asus mb there two cpu fan ports next to each other the back up port is the _opt port make sure your not using that for the main cpu fan...as the mb looking for fan info from the other port. the other port is a back up port if the first one dies.
