z97 Extreme4 RAM Support

So I got the parts to my build and it never occured to me to check RAM compatibility.

According to this list,

the RAM I purchased is not supported by my motherboard. Should I be worried? Do need to get a different set?

The list is a Qualified Vendor List which means all the models listed on there have been physically tested and guaranteed to work with the board. If it doesn't you can claim your warranty/return etc...

However, if your RAM isn't on there it just means it hasn't been physically tested.

The ram you have chosen should work perfectly fine according to me. It matches all the requirements of the board and the board can handle up to 3000Mhz (OC) frequency so you are good to go.
