Z97 gaming 5 boot loops when ram is installed in dimm 3 and dimm 4

CPU: i5 4670k and g3258
MB: MSI Z97 gaming 5
RAM: G.skill Trident X 2x8gb 2400mhz
PSU: Seasonic M12IIEVO-750W
Cooler: Deepcool Captain 240
HDD: Seagate 1TB Barracuda and WD 1TB Caviar Black
Case: Cooler Master Storm Scout 2

here is the problem, it is a newly replaced motherboard becaus my first z97 gaming 5 is stucked in 00 debug code after successful update in M-flash

before that I use g3258 and it works perfectly in my first board then after I got 4670k why it is being RMA. When I got it, it bootloops when there is ram inserted in dimm 3 and 4, but here is the thing... when I tried the g3258 all of the dimm slots worked, so I dont know what is the problem here.

Might be CPU, but first try loosening the deepcool the snug it back down screw tight, if it's too tight in a corner or side it can throw the CPU out of level and not get full contact with the socket pins

I'd check for uneven mounting as well. This has been known to cause problems with RAM slots not showing up or working correctly.

Do you have latest BIOS? Might try clearing the CMOS also
