z97 gaming motherboard too choose (maufacture) ..confused..?

i am building a new rig...

proces : i5 4690K
gpu : msi gtx 970 gaming 4g
rami: kingston hyperx fury 2x8gb
case : coarsair spec 03
cpu cooling: cooler master sedion 120v
hdd : 1tb wd black
psu : coarsair RM 650w

mobo : z97 (i am planning too choose msi gaming version 3)

plz help me.. i am confused in between asus ,gigabyte ,msi. gaming z97 boards..........

is msi z97 gaming 3..a good choice...?

Gigabyte, ASUS, ASRock and MSI are the top 4 motherboard manufacturers.

The MSI z97 gaming 3 looks okay. The only thing people seem to complain about it is the lack of SLI support, which shouldn't be a problem if you have no intention of doing so anyway.

GA-Z97X-Gaming 3........asus z97pro gamer........or....msi z97 gaming 5...i came up with these 3 according to my budget...which will be best too my rig.......plz help me choosing the better one....and which has more advantage on some particular topic or so so...:)

The Gigabyte Gaming 3 isn't even at the same tier as the other two, so that's out of the competition.

The ASUS and MSI boards you want are near identical boards. You can't really go wrong with either, but if it were me I'd go with the ASUS.
