z97 pro wifi USB/HDD issue/5Ghz wifi

So... I finally got it setup. I havent' had the chance to test anything in particular. So far been updating drivers.

However I ran into one issue with one of the HDD not showing up.

SSD + 1 HDD appears, but I suppose to have 2 HDD.. I'm not sure if there is any particular way to connect the HDD?

USB 3.0 on my S340 runs when I plug into the system... However it disappear after a while (inactivation or some sort)... I'm not sure why that is. Driver issue?

I couldn't get 5GHz wifi working. Its windows 8.1 pro and I can connect to my 2.4Ghz wifi, but not 5Ghz... I need guidance on this.
My acer windows 8.1 and iphone works just fine. Initially acer had issue, but I resolved it.. forgot how I did it exactly.

Please help!

I just adjusted the setting in power management for USB/Harddrive... Gonna see if that fixes the issue.

I still not sure about 1 HDD not showing up when booted and also with the 5Ghz wifi not working....
