Hi, i'm thinking about new build, it's hard to decide. Thinking about good z97 mobo for future builds like ASUS Z97-PRO(Wi-Fi ac), or deluxe, with G3258 CPU, or i3 with HT, but when prices goes down, go with i5, or i7? Or better go with H81 chipset, and in future make new build? Maybe somebody can recommend good Z97 board with good performance and feature for future? Other suggestions???

As far as Z97 is concerned, I would wait for a short while as Z170 is right around the corner, with newer CPUs and DDR4 support among other things. Even if you don't need these extra features, it's best to wait anyway as prices for Z97 will likely drop after the new stuff comes out.

As to which CPU and motherboard you need, it depends on what you're going to be doing with the system, but a nice quad-core with HT is enough to power anything for the near future in my opinion, unless you have some special needs.

For choice of motherboard, just pick whatever has the number of ports, slots and functions you need, and make sure that the class of board is appropriate for the CPU you're using, it doesn't make sense to use the cheapest mobo...

Unless you detail what the system will be used for and your budget, it's hard to say anything else.
