Z97m G3258 Overclocking motherboard

I need a Z97M motherboard that will support a G3258 WITHOUT a BIOS update. I'll need to be able to overclock it too. (It has to be an m-ATX motherboard, not an ATX)

ASRock Fatal1ty Z97M Killer is one choice. The other is ASRock Z97M Anniversary or ASUS Z97M-PLUS

Thanks a lot. I'll go with the ASRock Z97M Anniversary (purely because it was made for that particular CPU anyway).
