Hi I hope you can help me on this,

I have just built a new system using the above two components. When I boot up I cannot get a post script or get into bios to set up my ssd so I can install windows.

Any ideas folks.

Thanks for the link. This is my second build and have gone through most of that already. I will try the ram in one at a time as I have not done that. I have removed my graphics card already and it only requires one 8 pin supply which is what it had. 12v atx also connected. It seems like the monitor is not receiving a signal on boot and I have tried all kind of different ways of connecting up including dvi ,display port hdmi but no joy even when I go over to my old monitor with a dvi input. Will vga possibly work ?

Did you try using integrated graphics? Different cable? Connect the display to a laptop or other PC?

Do you get beeps if you connect the buzzer?

Have tried the motherboard dvi and hdmi outputs with no joy still to try vga. I have no buzzer but I do have a two digit fault display built onto the motherboard which I have checked and its not showing any faults. Only just got in so will try tomorrow when I have more time. It has to be some thing silly that I just cant put my finger on atm.
