Zalman 9500 and GA-P35-DS3R--Will it fit?

I just ordered a Zalman 9500 to go with my new Q6600 (G0 stepping).

It's going on a Gigabyte P35-DS3R board in a Centurion 5 case.

Any idea if this will fit well?
