its not listed <A HREF="http://test.zalman.co.kr/usa/product/cnps7000a-478_motherboard_list.html" target="_new"> here</A> as one of the boards it doesnt fit, but you should probably look at the <A HREF="http://test.zalman.co.kr/usa/product/cnps7000a-cu.htm" target="_new">installation page</A> at zalman's site to make sure. its also a fairly tall cooler, you may want to make sure your power supply doesnt get in the way.
