I've never seen a white keyboard. In the old days when peripherals were either light tan or light grey, they would discolor over time just due to light, heat, and even air exposure with our breathing out CO2. This was because the plastics used had to meet a certain fire rating by the UL, and discoloration of the polymers over time was a side effect.

Not sure if newer plastics better protect from discoloration while still meeting fire safety ratings since most everything is black (keyboards, printers, monitors, etc.).
