What type of connector does the rear fan have,i have read that is a 4 pin molex but i am not sure i want a confirmation,can i connect that directly to the psu?

mostly it is 3 or 4 pin conector. On older systems there is 2 pin conector or 4 pin molex
yes you can conect fan directly to power supply
