Zalman Z3 Plus fan speed controller?

My case is an zalman z3 plus black and it comes with 4 fans 3 x 3 pins and 1 x 4 pin molex the case has an preinstalled fan controller that has an setting or hi or low. you can only connect 2 x fin pin fans in the fan controller. one of the 3 pin fans are an led fan. so should i have two 3 pin fans connected to the fan controller one in take and the back exhaust. and then connect an 3 pin intake to the mobo and a 4 pin exhaust to the mobo.

so two intake fans and 2 exhaust one back and which top exhaust should i pick for good air flow. i will also have an after market cpu fan

It really doesn't matter which fans you plug in where. Just connect the fans in whatever way best facilitates cable management.

As for what fans you should use, I recommend making a new thread solely focused on fan recommendations, since this thread's title only mentions your case's fan controller.
