Hi, I recently bought a new PC and have got it all up and running, I am very pleased with it and it is running well.
I am looking to buy some new fan's as the Blue LED's do not fit in with my room. I was looking at
some Corsair AF120 fan's but was wondering if these would be good enough.

I have an I7 4790k and am due to be getting a GPU very soon. (Either MSI 970Gaming or MSI 980TI gaming).

I only want to spend about £60 but might go a little higher, I do not want LED's as I have LED kit.

I also wondered what the best set up would be for my case to have good air flow.

Do you guy's think I should stick with the AF120's or get something a little better?

Thank you for any help it is truly appreciated, Dexter.

Yeah the AF series fans are decent enough. ~£10 is a sweet spot for 120mm fans. Spending any more is really not worth it generally. Corsair series AF stands for Airflow, where as their SP series stands for Static Pressure. AF fans have a high air mass flow, meaning the volume of air moved. SP have a higher static pressure which is the pushing force of this air flow. SP fans are generally used for restricted areas such as drive cages or heatsinks.

Usually recommended set ups are: Positive pressure configuration (more air going in than out, i.e 2 intakes and 1 exhaust). Intakes are located at the front/bottom and the exhausts usually at the back/top (heat rises etc). Clean cable management for a unobstructed airflow. And try to get away with the least amount of fans possible. Many variables at play such as case geometry but see what works for you.

Ok so how many fan's would you reccomend? I will for definite be putting 1 in front and 1 in back.

I was thinking maybe 4/5 Intake:Front, Side (Maybe bottom) Exhaust: Back, Top. What do you think and should I go for 5?
