zeki tablet not signing on to wifi 'authentication problem'

I am unable to sign on to a wifi on my Zeki tablet, model TBD753b due to an 'authentication problem'. I reseted the zeki tablet twice and it is still a no-go to sign on to wifi. Is there something I have missed or I should do to fix this problem?
