Hi all,

I just set up a new Zen2 platform with the following details

CPU: Ryzen 7 3700X
Mother: ASUS TUF GAMING X570 PLUS
Memory: G.Skill F4-3600C19D 16GBx2
Graphic: ZOTAC RTX 2070 SUPER
PSU: Corsair 750W 80Plus-Gold
SSD: Intel 760p NVMe 1TB
Sys: Windows 10 1903

After I turned on the DOCP (i.e. XMP) setting of the mobo the DRAM ran at 3600MHz 19-20-20-40 1.35v, the system worked fine but it just won't wake up from sleep. Specifically, when I put the PC into sleep and try to wake it up, the CPU fan will start to run but no signal goes to the screen. And it will automatically shut down in about 10s.

If the DOCP is turned off the DRAM will run at 2133MHz with voltage at 1.2v. At this state it can perfectly wake up from sleep. Then I tried the following to settings. Both booted and worked fine in normal state.

(1) 3000MHz 16-16-16-39 @ 1.35v, the wake up problem arises again
(2) 3133MHz 22-22-22-52 @ 1.20v, can wake up normally from sleep
Therefore DRAM voltage seems to be the problem.

All settings regarding CPU are turned to auto so there is no manual OC.

The BIOS and chipset driver have been updated to the newest, Ryzen Balanced Power Plan is installed and applied. I guess the problem is with the BIOS but unfortunately there is no newer BIOS update now.

It is not a big problem but I just got a bit frustrated. I will really appreciate anyone who can advise on this. Thanks!
