Question Zenbook 14 not powering on ?

I have a Zenbook 14 and it's fairly i can't claim warranty since i bought in a different country and traveling there isn't an option anymore. So my problem is that it won't power on anymore, when i connect the charger it only blinks once and never starts charging and when i try yo power on nothing happens and occasionally when i plug in the charger it blinks boths light of charging and power on, how do i solve this ?
