My CPU is locked so I can't do an undervolt but I don't mind as these solutions seem to be helping.
I hade some experiments with trying to keep temps down. Some videos on YouTube talking about this CPU suggest turning on Speedshift 0. I also set Speedshift in Misc to 1-34.
My main focus is to keep CPU heavy games like Val running stable. After making these changes, I've gotten better temps but the game freezes a lot.
I wanted to know if I should try to increase my PL1 and PL2 or revert the Speedshift settings back to stock.

Edit: Stock had BD PROCHOT enabled. Should I enable or disable it with conjunction of the other settings?

Have you tried clicking on FIVR? You should see options to tinker with your CPU VCore and Cache voltages. As for your voltage parameters mentioned prior, try -100mV on CPU core offset voltage as well as Cache. You could try -50mV on the iGPU.
