Zogis Gtx 550 Ti no sound hdmi Tv

I just looked in all forums and solutions, but I can't get my audio working through hdmi to my Tv, since unninstaling everything to settings in my Tv, I had a nvidia Evga Gts 250 with spdif cable and worked just fine, but with the GTX 550 Ti, that doesn't have a cable, didn't work, I have a Clean Win-7 Ultimate 64-bits

make sure its using the hdmi audio output by going into play back devices by right clicking the sound icon

I can't find the audio device from the Gpu, it doesn't appear at all, I saw once I plugged the video card, then disappeared,

That's the problem, my devie on the NVIDIA control panel is enabled, but no devices appear on the playback devices at all

PROBLEM SOLVED, the actual BIOS from my motherboard wasn't compatible with the NVIDIA hdmi audio driver, so I instaled an outdated bios so the device was properly recognized
