Question Zone Alarm, Avast or Win Defender

I have Win 10, and always used Zone Alarm, and Avast, however lately had couple of issues with Zone Alarm (wouldnt let me download some games on Xbox GamepassPc) - I had to uninstall Zone Alarm, download the games, then install it again. Should I uninstall it and go with Windows Defender?
Does Defender save your passwords for various sites, like Zone Alarm? I didnt realise this until I uninstalled then re-installed ZA and found out I had to start re-entering all my passwords for various sites when logging in !!! Or, is there a better free firewall than ZA to use? If I use Defender, do I have to uninstall Avast too? Thanks

You could keep using Avast and LastPass to save and enter passwords on websites you visit.

GLasswire is a very nice GUI to use with Windows Defender...

First year is still a freemium trial, I think, but, even after the year, the GUI is functional but things can no longer be blocked within free GLasswire, but could still be easily blocked in Windows firewall

All three programs are approximately at the same level, although I prefer Avast more than others. No matter what you choose, I can only advise you to avoid AVG, McAfee, Norton, because, they are often causing conflicts.
