zone issues

I was trying to connect to zone and it's giving me issues like webpage
freezes up and I have to kill browser. So what I do next is uninstall zone
and try to reinstall it through the website and it gives me an error of not
being able to download a certain file. Is anyone else having related
problems or is it just me?

zone .com was(is)in maintenance for a while, expect od behaviors for a lil
