Zoo Tycoon 2 Install problem

My son just got Zoo Tycoon 2, brand new game bought at best buy. But when we
try to install it all we get is the following message. "Setup was unable to
find (or could not read) the language specific resorce dll, unable to
continue. Please reboot and try again." What the heck does this mean?
We have rebooted but still get the same message. If someone could help me
please.
