Following major repairs to my laptop, I am now in the process of re-installing my previous edition of Zoom. There is a problem, however, in that I have been unable to recall my sign-in password. This being the case, I have repeatedly requested Zoom's sign-in page to send me a link to my email address enabling me change the existing password. Unfortunately, all I have been getting back from Zoom are repeats of the standard Zoom sign-in page. This, of course, means I am unable to change my password, and so complete the signing-in process. It's a vicious circle, in other words.
Not unexpectedly, all I'm getting from Zoom in terms of "help" is dumb-ass robotics, which is worse than useless.
