Question Zoom Sign-in Issue

Following major repairs to my laptop, I am now in the process of re-installing my previous edition of Zoom. There is a problem, however, in that I have been unable to recall my sign-in password. This being the case, I have repeatedly requested Zoom's sign-in page to send me a link to my email address enabling me change the existing password. Unfortunately, all I have been getting back from Zoom are repeats of the standard Zoom sign-in page. This, of course, means I am unable to change my password, and so complete the signing-in process. It's a vicious circle, in other words.

Not unexpectedly, all I'm getting from Zoom in terms of "help" is dumb-ass robotics, which is worse than useless.

My laptop runs Win10 and my email address is Chrome.

Forum rules prohibit assistance with such matters.

There is no way on this end to truly know the circumstances and situation.

All you can do is keep trying to contact and to work with Zoom.

Another option may be to completely uninstall Zoom, then reinstall, and create a new account.
