Zorin OS 9.1 Core keeps restarting on install screen

I am currently trying to install Zorin OS 9.1 Core as my main OS on my PC and if I like it I will purchase the Ultimate version of Zorin OS. However I have ran into a problem. When trying to install it onto my system my computer will restart after about 5 seconds once booted into the installer. I have done a little research and found that Ubuntu 14.04 has that same issue. Since Zorin OS 9.1 is based off of Ubuntu 14.04, Zorin OS also has the problem. Apparently the issue is linked with certain MSI motherboards. I have no idea how to fix this and any help is much appreciated.

My motherboard: MSI FM2-A55M-E35

It's listed as an unresolved bug with that particular motherboard in Ubuntu 14.04 so there is really no suggestion to make other than to try a different distribution. If that's not possible then you need different hardware.
