Question Zotac 1070 ti mini, underperforming?

Hi, everyone thank you for letting me join your awesome forum.

I have a zotac 1070 ti mini, it will somehow not go over 1400 MHz clock speed, at 130w not even when I overclock it. I'm not sure if these are the first signs of a dying card (I have still warranty). Appreciate your answers.

Did you check your temps? My evga gtx 1070ti run at 1860Mhz and maybe go higher if i manage to keep the temps down. So maybe your card is thermal throttling.

I had the same thought, it runs at 70c. But even when I power down the card and let it cool down, it throttles the clock on startup when the card has temps ranging from 50-60c
