[SOLVED] Glitched startup screen with Zotac 3080 Ti ?

Hello,

I recently upgraded from a GTX 1080 to an RTX 3080ti. When I boot, instead of seeing MSI's MPG logo before it goes into Windows (like I did when I had the GTX 1080 installed) I get a glitched image of noisy white bars, looking similar to a negative of a sideways barcode if zoomed all the way in.

When I first installed the 3080ti, the barcode image wouldn't go away at all, and if I booted into the BIOS it would show a different scrambled image all together. If I pressed up & down on the arrow keys I would see movement in the scrambled image relative to my key presses. I removed the 3080ti and put the GTX 1080 back in and it worked fine. From there I updated the BIOS and when I reinstalled the 3080ti I would see the glitched image in replacement of the MPG logo, but I would then boot into Windows fine.

I don't seem to have any other issues besides that initial glitched image. All my games run as well as expected. If this is the only problem I have then I can live with it, but I'm concerned that it's a deeper issue that's worthy of me returning the card.
Thanks in advance!
