zotac 710 NOT working in my pc

Hlo sir,
I have zotac gt710 2 GB ddr5 graphic card

And ecs h61h2 m12 1.0 mobo
Intex techno 450 watt PSU
2 GB ddr3 ram
Dual core processor
Windows 8.1

Its not working
Pc works fine without it and
If I put the card in it
Pc goes to bios screen and then restarts again and again

This is the problem

my pcie slot is perfectly working

I also tried the same card on frnds PC its working

I don't get why this is happening
Please I need help I am in true need

The 710 did not have a DDR5 version, do you have a 710 or a 730?

Check for a newer BIOS for your motherboard. Try another better quality power supply.

I tried a better supply but it still not working same problem and about bios update am going to do today

What do you know, someone made a GT710 with GDDR5. Bit of a waste putting that speed RAM in such a slow card. Never heard of one done with GDDR5.

If the BIOS update did not help, contact the card vendor and check with them, or the motherboard vendor.

I looked at the specs on the manual of your motherboard and I cannot find any reason why it will not work
look at picture below and confirm you are plugging it into the slot I indicated below with a red arrow.
Also what is your make and model of your power supply.
