zotac 750 1gb ddr5 , is it compatible with my rig or not

please suggest me wiil will my amd fx 4100 + bottleneck the geforce gtx 750 1gb gddr5?

i do have 8gb ram ddr3, asus mobo m5a78lmlx
and 550watt power supply
as i wanna build a mid range gaming rig ...... but due to lack of knowledge im really confused wether to go for this gpu or not zotac 750 1gb ddr5

No it will not bottleneck unless you put a very modded skyrim,then it will bottleneck due to the low memory of the 750.
So in short the gtx 750 will just do fine in your system but I would like to recommend r7 260x a little bit better than 750 and cheaper.

I think the 750 is for users that have an old system with the stock PSU like me!
