Zotac 750 ti Graphics card doesn't always wake up!

I recently upgraded my mobo to a AsRock 970M pro3 and on that mobo I installed a new ZOTAC GeForce GTX 750Ti 2GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 DVI HDMI DisplayPort Video Graphics Card (ZT-70605-10M). This rebuild also involved upgrading to windows 10. Since all of these are new I'm not sure which one to fault but quite often when I sit down at the PC and wiggle the mouse the computer comes out of hibernation (I can see my LED fans light up and hear them roar) but the screen does not wake up with it. CPU is a AMD Athlon II X3 455 Rana Triple-Core 3.3 GHz Socket AM3 95W ADX455WFGMBOX Desktop Processor with a 600W EVGA PSU.

Anybody... Where should I start?

The latest driver update is supposed t be dealing with this issue. I'll let you all know if it doesn't.

Could the auto boost on my mobo have an effect on the wake up from hibernation?
