which graphic card should i get if they are both at the same price?

EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 6gb SC GAMING or ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1060 AMP Edition 1060 6gb?

More or less identical performance. You can choose based on reviews by users who bought them on newegg and amazon see which one has less failure rates (which are relative and not a proof of anything really, just to give you a general idea how the particular model turned out in real world scenarios).

I have seen a Zotac 1060 AMP Edition in action and it was a solid 1060.

Maybe if you have a certain color theme going in your case/system you might want to factor that too?
