You can choose based on reviews by users who bought them on newegg and amazon see which one has less failure rates (which are relative and not a proof of anything really, just to give you a general idea how the particular model turned out in real world scenarios).
I have seen a Zotac 1060 AMP Edition in action and it was a solid 1060.
Maybe if you have a certain color theme going in your case/system you might want to factor that too?
