Main differences are the much higher clock speed and the larger cooling system (triple vs. dual slot) on the Amp Extreme.

im showing about a 35 mhz difference between the two.. with a 120 dollar difference... hmm id say just amp IT COSTS MORE TO TYPE EXTREME ON A CARD

What's with the necro? I doubt the cost was anywhere near $120 difference 7 months ago, and the cooler on the extreme is better anyways. It's hardly just a +35Mhz OC.
