Question zotac gaming geforce rtx 3070 twin edge oc is ok?

Hey everyone, i need help with deciding which card to buy(used card), so i have some questions:

1.This rtx version is good?(The card is little smaller from other 3070 version's)
2.zotac brand is reliable?
3.rtx 3060ti or 3070 from gigabyte is preferred?

the difference in price would be the biggest factor here.

2x fan cards are going to be a bit noisier than 3x fan due to running faster to remove heat.
and will possibly run warmer anyway.

Zotac makes some nice versions.
as reliable as any other big name distributor.

i don't like Gigabyte brand cards just because of the aesthetics of the majority of their heatsink designs.
though i have seen a Vision series they make that looks pretty nice.

which card to buy(used card)

if buying locally,
make sure to have the seller show you a video of the card working first.

if buying through online retailer,
make sure there is a good return policy with their used products.
