Did you connect your display to the new GPU or is it still connected to your integrated video port?

Also, you may need to double check that didn't disconnect your storage device(s) (SSD and/or HDD) when you installed the 1030.

I made sure my video cable was moved to the new card and not in my integrated port.

I am unsure of the second one about the SSD or the HDD; I do not know.

Power the system down. Open it up and make sure all of your data and power cables are firmly attached to the devices and motherboard SATA ports, as appropriate.
