Can I use a Zotac GeForce GT 730 graphic card with this pc I am getting a used one i just want to know if it will be compatible with my computer.

The card will be compatible, yes. But the load it will add to the system my be too much for your 250W PSU.

1) which of these Xotac GT 730 you are getting: https://www.zotac.com/us/product/graphics_card/gt-730/all
2) The make and model name of the 250W PSU. Or, the nameplate rating for the +12V rail(s).

ZT-71113-20L or this one ZT-71105-10BB they both look the same i am buying it through kijiji and one see the pic that say GeForce® GT 730 2GB Zone Edition

Either of those will be relatively safe with that tiny PSU as long as you don't do any OC'ing. Nvidia recommends a 300W minimum, but they are assuming the worse PSU you can buy. http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gt-730/specifications
At +12v, the 23W card will only draw ~2 amps.

Btw, If you want to get the most performance from a GT 730 that you can, look for one with DDR5 memory instead of DDR3. And stay with the 64 bit cards, not the 128 bit cards. Is there any reason you want a fan-less card?

As to the choice of PSUs... again, it will depend on the namplate specs of the 350W. Total PSU wattage means very little.

I installed the card and my computer and it dose not detect it I had the card tested twice and the card works and still no luck. for some reason it will not show up on my cpu. AN older card i put in worked but this geforce gt 730 will not. Any one have any suggestion i may try Please I am stumped by this.
