I bought a ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1050 Ti Mini graphics card to replace the old gpu of my old Dell XPS 8500 tower (motherboard 0nw73c). There is enough space and the connectors PCIe x16 fit. When I switch on the pc the gpu displays the Dell logo , but after a few seconds it becomes striped and it does not load the OS.
I am using Windows 10 Home edition with a build from 2019 (for some reason the computer no longer seems to update it).

I unplugged the graphics card and used the integrated graphics in the motherboard. I downloaded the driver for my OS, but the NVIDIA software after checking the system compatibility returned an error message: "NVIDIA Installer cannot continue. This NVIDIA graphics driver is not compatible with this version of Windows. The graphics driver could not find compatible graphics hardware".

I cannot test the graphics card on any other pc. All advices are welcome :)
