ZOTAC GeForce GTX 650 Ti AMP! Edition 2GB

So , I want to by the "ZOTAC GeForce GTX 650 Ti AMP! Edition 2GB" GPU. Its Memory Bus is 128 Bit, but the Memory Clock Speed Speed is 6200 MHz. My question is the following. Should I buy this one or the GTX 650 Ti Boost that has a 192 Bit Memory Bus, but a lower Memory Clock Speed which is 6008 MHZ? Boost's Processor Clock Speed is a little bit lower than ZOTAC's as well.

If the price difference isn't much then Get the GTX 650 Ti Boost that has a 192 Bit Memory Bus Its close to the GTX 660 performance wise.
