I currently have a Zotac GT 730 which is not able keep up with the New Games so i am going to upgrade it with the Zotac GT 1030. I know it's not Too good either but i play at 1366x768 Resolution with Normal /Medium Settings. So i guess it would be able to suffice my needs? I have just one Doubt. Will it be able to run any Game in the World at 25-30 fps??

with a gt1030 you can probably run 99.9% of games on your resolution with medium settings at around 30 fps. i used a gt 740 to play playerunknowns battlegrounds (one of the least optimised games at the moment) at 30fps avrg. at 1366x768. the 1030 is supposed to be 70% faster than the gt 740. so go ahead! games like LoL, WoW, csgo, minecraft will run just fine at 1080p even. games like witcher 3 or gta will require you to tweak your settings.

That's good. Anyways I'd like to let you know i can already play GTA 5 at 1366x768 60 fps with Normal Settings, and V Sync On. With V Sync off it would jump all the way up to 65 fps, which is pretty good for such a low end card but its paired up with a Core i5 2310 and 6 gigs of DDR3 RAM. Haven't yet tried Witcher 3 but it probably wont run with a GT 730. This i know from the Online game plays. Once i had even thought of getting a GT 740, It was on Sale but i'm glad i didn't. It takes more than twice the power GT 730 does but gives only 130-150% performance fps wise. I'd better upgrade to GT 1030.
